    Precautions

    1. Identification documents for the representative are required (we will take a photo of your ID at the reception on the day)

    2. If we do not hear from you within 30 minutes of your reservation time, your reservation will be cancelled.

    3. Your reservation is not confirmed at the time of application. After you apply, you will receive a confirmation call or email from the Takamori Tourism Promotion Organization. This will confirm your reservation.
      (However, depending on the timing of your reservation, such as outside of business hours, we may not be able to contact you to confirm your reservation.)
