Takamori Station Community Facility offers space for rent that can be used for a wide range of purposes, including local community activities, various events, and mobile sales using kitchen cars.
To use the facility, please check the fee schedule and terms of use below, and apply at least two weeks before your intended date of use.

Rules & Notes Rules and Notes for Use
To prevent any issues during use, please be sure to review the following before your visit.
- Standard hours are 9:00 to 17:00, but please consult us if you wish to use the space outside these hours.
- The rental period includes time for setup and teardown.
- Even for non-profit use by town residents, an application is required for group use of the Lawn Square.
- Please note that all applications are subject to a review process after submission.
- The facility may not be used for purposes that violate public order or morals.
- All spaces are subject to access by the general public. Exclusive occupation is not permitted.
- The applicant is responsible for managing sales as well as money and merchandise.
- When selling food or beverages, the applicant must apply to the public health center and must display the temporary business permit on the day of the event.
- The applicant is responsible for the disposal of trash.
- After use, please clean the space, restore it to its original condition, and return the key.
- For events expected to draw large numbers of visitors, please arrange for security staff. Please consult the Takamori Tourism Promotion Organization for details.
- Fees for indoor spaces include heating and cooling. Temperature settings are controlled by the administrator.
- The maximum continuous rental period for the Community Study is one week. However, if no reservations are scheduled following the final day of rental, an extension may be granted upon application to and approval from the administrator.
